Orders
You can see the status and track your order by checking the tracking emails sent to you which have links to the live status of the orders, or by signing in to your account here. If you do not currently have an account, then you can create one here.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact customerservices@Vitalife-store.com for advice. You may be required to provide proof of delivery and / or photographic evidence.
If the order has been dispatched then it will be too late to amend your delivery address. If the order is still being prepared for dispatch please contact customerservices@Vitalife-store.com for assistance. In some cases the order may be cancelled in order for you to place it again with the correct details.
Purchase any three products across the Vitalife range and get the lowest priced one free. This does not apply to Subscribe & Save orders. Simply add at least any three items to your basket and the discount will be automatically calculated in your basket.
Remember you can choose any items across the website: for example, if you chose a Wellman Plus, Perfectil Original and a Wellkid Smart Chewable, you would get the Wellkid product for free, as this is the least expensive item.
To use a voucher code valid for Vitalife-store.com, simply enter the code when you see the ‘Enter Promo Code’ box in the checkout and press the ‘Apply’ button. Please note that voucher codes cannot be used at the same time as Vitalife Rewards Points nor with Subscribe & Save orders.
Delivery & Returns

Items can be returned if they are damaged, faulty, if we have made an error with the order, or if they are unwanted. Items need to be unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and in the original packaging. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
If an item is no longer required, then you have 14 days to contact us regarding the return of the item(s) from the date of receiving the order. You then have 14 days to return your item(s).
If an item is damaged or faulty then you may be eligible for a refund up to 30 days after purchase. Between 30 days and six months, you’re only entitled to a replacement, not a refund.
Photographic evidence may be requested to support your claim for damaged, faulty or missing items. We will then process refunds accordingly on receipt of the items back to us.
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
1. Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
2. Contact Customer Services at customerservices@Vitalife-store.com, who will provide you with a freepost return address providing you are able to return your order under the returns policy outlined above. If postage is paid by customers, this cannot be refunded as we have a freepost system where no postage is required.
3. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.
Please note that international orders are not free to return, unless they are faulty.
No, Vitalife delivers to countries all over the world including America, Asia & Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa – you can see the list of countries we ship on our International Shipping page.
Standard UK delivery is free on all products. If you need your order sooner, then we offer an express option for an additional cost.
International delivery charges vary, the cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout upon placing your order. To see the countries we ship to, please see the International Shipping page.
We are unable to comment on any customs fees that may be applied by the destination country and these will be the customer’s obligation, and are subject to change and local rules.
Yes we deliver to PO Box addresses.
Yes we deliver to BFPO addresses.
Yes we can deliver to workplaces but please check with your employer first.
Standard free delivery for UK orders is 3 – 5 working days. If you require your UK order sooner, then we offer an express delivery service for an additional fee. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year and / or exceptional circumstances, such as around Black Friday week or the festive season and New year.
International delivery has a lead time of 10-12 working days.

My Account
Creating a customer account gives you the facility to see and track your order, your order history, save your payment details and amend your details where applicable. You can also see your Rewards Points balance and history. If you do not currently have an account, then you can create one here.

Subscribing to emails can be done either at the checkout stage (where you also collect Rewards Points for signing up) or at the bottom of the website pages, or via a “pop-up” box which often appears when you visit the site.
To unsubscribe, simply click the link at the top of any email received and you will automatically be unsubscribed from all marketing emails (except order and delivery related transactional email notifications).

If you are looking to change your details relating to a Subscribe & Save order, then you will need to do this in the ‘Subscribe and Save’ section of your account.

Subscribe & Save
Subscribe & Save is a regular product subscription. It’s an easy and convenient way to save on your Vitalife supplements. You’ll receive a 20% discount on each order and every fifth consecutive item is free. You can find out more on our Subscribe & Save page. your order number and we will email it across.
You can increase the quantity of an existing Subscribe & Save order item, but we cannot add new items to the same order. You can place a new Subscribe & Save order for the new item and select the frequency and dates.

With each product subscription, every fifth item free of the same product in sequence is automatically allocated for you and processed after the fourth item in sequence has been paid for and dispatched. It will be automatically sent out to you according to your chosen delivery frequency.

Scientific opinion varies, but it is often thought that earlier in the day is better for vitamin intake. However, it is important to ensure the supplements are taken with your largest meal of the day to maximise nutrient absorption, whether this is your lunch or evening meal. Avoid taking with breakfast if this is only a light meal for you.
Yes. Always ensure that tablets or capsules are taken with plenty of liquid to help swallowing and to wash it down. It is not recommended to take tablets or capsules with hot drinks such as tea or coffee, as not only could you burn your mouth if you take too large a sip, but this may also cause the tablet or capsule to disintegrate too early.
Difficulty in swallowing tablets is quite a common experience. Vitalife have researched this extensively and recommend that after chewing some food (e.g. banana), just before you swallow, pop the tablet into your mouth and swallow it together with the chewed food, followed by some liquid. The throat opens up wider to swallow the chewed food and so the tablet should go down with greater ease. Alternatively, the tablets may be swallowed with thicker liquids such as yoghurts or smoothies.

No, this is not recommended as we have specific liquid and chewable formats for children. Of course, many Vitalife’ products are for specific adult requirements or life stages, and are therefore not recommended for children. Because of the size of some capsules and tablets, we do not recommend they be taken by children under the age of 12, unless specified otherwise under the directions for use. In many of our ranges we include alternatives to tablets and capsules – including Liquid Vitamins, Vitamin Gummies, effervescent tablets that dissolve into a nutrient-rich drink and chewables for kids.
We are a British company and always aim to keep our manufacturing in the UK to GMP standards. The vast majority of our products are made right here in the UK, which includes our tablet formulations and all of our liquid and effervescent products. We also use facilities in other countries including France, Germany and Switzerland, for a number of our products. Raw materials can be sourced in the UK and across the world, to strict pharmaceutical or food grade standards.
